Vows With Angie uses an online scheduler to avoid all the back-and-forth emails or phone calls it can normally take to coordinate a date and time that works for all of us. Here, all of our availability is viewable. You can simply select the type of meeting you need to schedule, and you will be brought to a calendar to schedule it.

What Type of meeting do I need?
Consultation Meeting- This meeting is for clients who are interested in VWA's services but still have some questions. By scheduling a consultation, we will meet at the VWA office, or one of our Wedding Officiants can call you to answer any questions you may have. Most importantly, you can see if our personalities are a good fit.
Pre-Ceremony Meeting- This meeting is for current clients of VWA. It is scheduled to be around two weeks before the ceremony. At this meeting, we will go over all the final details of your ceremony. We answer any questions you or your Wedding Officiant may have. Hopefully, this will eliminate any confusion or anxiety on the day of your event. We will also look over the Marriage License to make sure everything is in order legally. Final payment is also due at this meeting.
Counseling Meeting- This is for Clients who have signed up for Pre-Marital Counseling that include counseling sessions. This would include the Full Course, Half Course, and the Self Study + Meeting package.
Simple Marriage License Signing- This meeting is simply that. You gather with your two witnesses and your Wedding Officiant to sign your Marriage License, making you legally married. This does not include an exchange of vows or an exchange of rings.
